Helping entrepreneurs, executives, and sports professionals develop a best-in-class mental game.
This isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about refining what’s already great. My clients are already:
driven
capable
and successful
Coaching helps them go further by leveling up and developing an inner game that drives performance, clarity, and sustainable growth.
The Inner Game of Leadership
Every great leader reaches a point where execution alone isn’t enough. The next level comes from strengthening the mindset behind the strategy — building the capacity to handle pressure, trust your instincts, and make high-impact decisions without losing focus or energy, while also defining what leadership looks like on your own terms.
I work with founders, executives, and sports professionals across industries to sharpen their inner game so they can lead with purpose and composure. My clients range from bootstrapped entrepreneurs to venture backed startups and boutique hedge funds.
About Madeline
Before becoming a mindset and performance coach, I spent the first chapter of my career as an investor at Anthos Capital, a multi-billion-dollar growth equity firm. Over five years, I evaluated thousands of companies and championed four investments: two are now nine-figure businesses, one exited for a 3x return on capital, and one is redefining cancer treatment through advancements in spatial biology. I also served as the firm’s first head of business operations and strategy.
Today, I draw from that experience by combining neuroscience, behavioral frameworks, organizational and sports psychology, and human insight to help clients navigate the mindset shifts that fuel top performance.
Every client is different. Coaching with me isn’t a template; it’s a partnership built around your goals, personality, and the challenges unique to your journey.

Subscribe to my Substack newsletter, 90% Mental, where I explore what it means to build a strong mental game “on the court,” at the office, and in life through original essays and interviews with entrepreneurs, leaders, athletes, academics, and sports professionals.
The name is inspired by a quote that has been attributed to Hall of Fame catcher and legendary Yankees player Yogi Berra. Berra is quoted as saying, “Baseball is 90% mental and the other half is physical.” While the percentages were clearly made in jest, Berra’s point remains a sound one. There is no doubt that skill, talent, and aptitude play an incredibly important role in success. However, a well-developed mental game can make the difference between good and becoming great. I believe that this isn’t just true in the realm of sports but also in the arenas of leadership, entrepreneurship, and life.
