Before becoming a mindset and performance coach, I was an investor at Anthos Capital, a multi-billion dollar growth equity fund.  While there I sourced investments including two emerging consumer brands that have each since surpassed $100m in sales and became the firm’s first biz ops and strategy leader.

I am an ICF certified coach and support my clients in understanding the ways mindsets, beliefs, and behaviors impact their personal and professional goals. I’ve worked with a broad variety of individuals including investors, entrepreneurs, engineers, former college athletes, writers, and young professionals. The common thread is a desire to level up their inner game, pursue work they’re passionate about, and forge paths that are uniquely theirs as they reach for deeply ambitious goals.
